150cc "Redneck Intake Series" Upgrade LEVEL 3

This kit is great for upgrading your stock machine when you want the hottest parts you can get and a Cheap & Easy Install Too!

letting in more AIR & Fuel by removing your stock air box & Stock intake manifold and rejetting is a simple, age old way of getting cheap horsepower.
Here's how we do it.....

Aluminum Performance Intake manifold. This intake opens up the airway and provides a stable way to fit your new 30mm pumper carb to your stock engine.
Some Gokarts may also need to raise the carb a couple additional inches for the air filter to clear a support bar found on many 150cc model buggies.

Your new intake is then ready to accept a
30mm CV Pumper Carb w/ Auto Choke that plugs right in for an instanious response when you hit the gas and more horse power all through your power band! You really can't go bigger than this on your stock 150cc and what a response! The pumper, pumps gas into the carb when you stomp on the throttle instead of being gravity fed. This gives you an immediate throttle response!

Our 30mm Pumper comes with a #125 main jet installed. You may neet to raise or lower this to get the best performance for your particular needs so we included
+ 3-Main Jets 3 jets spaced a couple sizes apart in a range of your choice to tune your new carburetor! (Pick your 3Pak of jets in the option box below)

Fuel Shut off Valve - No need for that old vacuum style fuel valve any more. Replace it with this and be able to shut off your gas too!

With the extra fuel we're getting with the larger carb, we need more Air so now we install a
2" Two stage UNI Pod filter* onto it to feed the beast!
(Scooter owners should use our Chrome "Conical or K&N style filter instead)

Once we have the right fuel/Air ratio, time to light it all up with our,

 (AC) Digital Adjustable "Smart CDI" and enhanced Coil for your 150cc, Scooter, ATV or Buggy.

This doesn't LOOK like your stock CDI and Coil because it isn't!
Our Digital, Adjustable CDI with a built in High Output Coil and ZERO resistance spark plug Boot allows a hotter spark & higher rpm, Adds close to 20 volts and a full 3 amps of extra power, making cold starts a thing of the past. Provides a more complete combustion and really smooths out your engine at high rpms!!!

 What are the benefits with our AC Digital CDI/Coil?
1st, If you replace your stock CDI for a performance one, you really need to upgrade your coil as well or you lose much of the benefit of your new CDI.

• It can be mounted closer to your Spark plug meaning less resistance and a MUCH BETTER SPARK!
  
  
  • Unlimited RPM range, Auto adjusts!

• Our CDI also Digitally elongates your spark time from your stock .02 duration to a whopping .06 seconds! More burn, more HP!

• Our "Smart CDI" digitally advances your ignition automatically at 3000rpm and again at 8000 rpms for best performance then retards after 8000rpm to prevent engine knocking!
  
  • You can manually adjust the advance after 8000rpm if you have a big bore too! It's simple to adjust, just turn the dial and go!

• There is a 26 degree range of Advance/Retard angle available if needed, 13 degrees in each direction. Most stock machines will not need to mess with the dial, the CDI will do its thing automatically!

• Get close to 1hp more from bottom end to mid range
  (A Performance CDI and coil on their own won't make your Scooter or Buggy "Fly" no matter what anyone tries to tell you but you can never get there without them!)

• Great for stock motors with a weak spark and hard starting and a "Must" when upgrading your carburetor and intake or installing Big Bored Kits!

The we add an,
Iridium IX Plug,  CR7HIX - (NGK C7HSA equivalent - Fits most GY6 125-150cc Chinese motors)
Great Plug from NGK that we have found runs the best in these Chinese 150cc motors.
This is the best plug to get the most out of running a hot coil.
(Iridium alloy has extremely high melting point, perfect for high-performance engines and outstanding acceleration, higher fuel efficiency and durability)

.. .. (NOTE: A few machines use a "DC" type CDI. This will NOT work on those models!  . . . If you only have 1 wire going into the small "2 pronged plug" on your stock cdi, you probably have a DC CDI.

(A "quick check" - If you can turn your lights on with just the key in the "on" position but the engine not running, yours is a DC unit and this won't work for you but this method is not always accurate. Checking for one or two wires in your small plug is the preferred method if your manual doesn't state otherwise.)

MOST, GY6 150's can use our AC Smart CDI but be sure to check your users manual and manually check your plug configuration before ordering.
