We do our best to provide you with the correct part for your situation according to information YOU provide or fail to provide and is a "free service" we offer. Since it is free, you should treat any information you receive as such. We understand what it is like to be on the other end of the phone but we hope you also understand what it's like on our end! We can't stay in business if our customers consistantly take advantage of us.

    BE SURE WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING WILL WORK FOR YOUR APPLICATION! At our sole discretion, We may require a MFG defective part to be sent back to KidNme Inc, (At your expense) packaged in the same manner in which you received it and will replace it with another one. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS, NO EXCEPTIONS!

    IF YOU ARE NOT SURE A PART WILL FIT OR WORK FOR YOU, CALL US FOR VERIFICATION! If you mess something up during installation, modification or improper use, don't call us for a refund! We've been doing this for awhile and know if a part has been misused or improper installation was the issue.
