  • At this time, KidNme Inc ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands via USPS priority mail. Additionally, KidNme Inc ships merchandise to Australia, Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

  • Return Policy

  • KidNme Inc reserves the right to change its payment or return procedures at any time. Be sure of what you need before ordering.
    You have 10 days from the date of purchase on your invoice to notify us     on RETURNS of MFG DEFECTIVE parts only. A Phone call or email will do. We require a MFG defective part to be sent back to KidNme, (At your expense), packaged in the SAME MANNER IN WHICH YOU RECEIVED IT and we will replace it with another one and FREE SHIPPING or offer a STORE CREDIT or ISSUE A REFUND minus shipping charges, depending on the situation.
    You MUST CONTACT us for an RMA# BEFORE a RETURN can be made!

    We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS, NO REASONS, NO EXCEPTIONS!

    Incorrectly ordered merchandice is not refundable. At our descretion, we may allow a return or exchange however, ALL returns and Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    Refunds will be processed via the same way you paid ie: Credit card, Paypal, Check

We do our best to provide you with the correct part for your situation according to information YOU provide or fail to provide and is a "free service" we offer. Since it is free, you should treat any information you receive as such. We understand what it is like to be on the other end of the phone but we hope you also understand what it's like on our end! You Must take responsability on ordering the correct parts for your needs.

    We describe part usages and known working models when we can but all descriptions should be taken as "Generic Info" Only! "Measure twice, order once"!
    Some parts work better than others in various machines. We can not know all makes and models, only that our parts fit the mainstream of vehicles out there now.

    IF YOU ARE NOT SURE A PART WILL FIT OR WORK FOR YOU, CALL US FOR VERIFICATION! If you mess something up during installation, modification or improper use, don't call us for a refund! We will not issue a refund if a part has been misused or improper installation appears to be the issue.
